How is LEAFS services booked?
LEAFS time slots are booked and based on availability.
How is LEAFS paid?
Before services are provided and/or products are purchased, the client must provide a deposit or payment in full.
How is LEAFS services scheduled?
Clients can hire us on an hourly basis, monthly basis or yearly basis. Hire LEAFS on a regular basis, one time specific basis or on an as needed basis.
What is your cancellation policy?
Client Cancellations- 24 hour prior cancellation notice is required. Failure to do so will result in a $30.00 charge. 24 hour rescheduling notice is required prior to a job, via phone or email. Failure to do so will result in the full amount of the job to be charged.
How is mileage charged out of the city limits?
An additional charge of .55 per mile if LEAFS has to drive further than 5 miles from the client’s place of residence or business.
Will I receive a receipt after each job?
Clients will receive a paid receipt after each job completed on the same date of service.
What if I have non-sufficients funds in my account?
Return Checks- A fee of $40.00 will be charged to the client for returned checks. A payment should then be made by cash, cashier’s check, personal money order or certified check to pay for services.
What types of services does LEAFS refuse?
We Reserve The Right-to refuse any service that poses a danger to person or property. We only honor requests that are legal, ethical and reasonable. We reserve the right to cancel services due to severe weather conditions. Adjustments will be made and rescheduled, if applicable, without the client being charged.
Will I be notified of price changes in advance?
Prices subject to change without notice. For certain jobs if we are unable to gain access to the client’s property or business, as previously arranged, the job will be cancelled and a $30.00 fee charged to the client.
Does LEAFS use vendors and what is the policy?
LEAFS may use a vendor from its list of preferred vendors but will let the client know beforehand. The client can choose if they are in agreement with such service.
